Catering, Delivery Service

 

Orders over 100 dishes include:

Starter’s Choice one of the following two options:

1) Garden Green Salad with Assorted Dressings Ranch, Italian, Raspberry Vinaigrette

2) Chile con Queso with Tortilla Chips.

You also have an option of substituting a Starter for a third side.

 

Orders over or under 100 dishes include:

Your choice of an excellent main course with two homemade sides to accompany the dish.

 

But we do not stop there, you can also select two drinks from our menu, Salsa, tortillas or bread according to the saucer. Paper plates, cups, white plastic cutlery set with napkin, salt and pepper packets are all included. 

We deliver your food and install your buffet line. (Client Provides Buffet line, utensils, and chafers) We leave everything ready for you, 15 minutes before your scheduled service.

This service includes: Two hour service, our buffet line set up all with professional equipment. It is attended by two of our staff members. At the end of the two hour service we break down the buffet line and clean the area where the service was renderred.  Contact us for more details.

Please Note: All orders under 100 plates are subject to our $350.00 service fee.

Each additional hour will be a fee of $150.00, please call our office if you need to add additional hours.

Flatware Options

Silver Disposable Flatware Sets are available for an additional $3.49 per guest.

It Includes: 10.25” White Silver Dinner Plate, Silver Plastic Roll Cutlery Set and 12 oz. Clear Plastic Crystal Cups.

 

 

 

 

 

China Tableware is available for an additional $9.55 per Guest.

It Includes: 12” Silver Charger Plates, 10.25” White Dinner Plate, Cutlery Set, Fabric Napkin, 16 oz. Crystal Goblet. This also includes complete set up of the china tableware.

Please note: If you did not obtain the full catering package, you are responsible for picking up and packaging all tableware sets. If you prefer for our staff members to pick up and package the tableware, there would be an additional fee; please request a quote.

This service is for three hours and cost $ 200.00 per waiter, our staff members are properly certified by the health department.

Additional Latter Insurance

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our prices do not include the additional letter insurance for venues. The reason for this is because approximately 80% of venues don't require this type of insurance from the vendors. If your venue demands insurance from us, please let us know. Keep in mind that providing insurance will result in an additional cost of $400.00

Most catering companies have their prices per plate/guest fixed to cover the insurance fee. Since there's not a lot of venues that require insurance we have not added this cost to our platter prices. Which is why if clients require insurance we charge an additional fee.

All quotes received from our company will only be valid for 15 days starting from the day you receive it. If you decide to book with us after the 15 day deadline, keep in mind that the prices on the quote might change.

These certificates, promotions and offers cannot be combined with other existing ones.

This means that if you have received a quote from our company, it does not mean that the item or service quoted is reserved for you. It is formally reserved once your down payment is processed.
